Delivery Information

At NATURAL SUPPS CO we know that delivery plays a huge part in your purchasing experience. We have carefully chosen two delivery partners to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.

Delivery Locations

Currently we deliver to 5 countries in the Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

  • UAE Deliveries – In the UAE we use Shipa as our delivery partner for next day deliveries.
  • Non-UAE Deliveries – For deliveries outside of the UAE we use DHL Express (door to door service). Deliveries usually take 2-3 business days (some exceptions may apply).

    • Free Delivery

    Free delivery is dependent on the country you are purchasing from. The list below specifies the threshold required for free delivery.

    • UAE: Free delivery for orders above AED150 incl. VAT. For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED15.
    • Saudi Arabia: Free delivery for orders above SAR408.44 incl. VAT (AED400). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED60.
    • Oman: Free delivery for orders above OMR41.88 incl. VAT (AED400). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED60.
    • Bahrain: Free delivery for orders above BHD40.95 incl. VAT (AED400). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED60.
    • Kuwait: Free delivery for orders above KWD32.78 incl. VAT (AED400). For orders below this amount shipping will be charged at AED60.

    Next Day Delivery Information

    Orders placed on the website by 5.30pm on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be processed immediately and delivered within the following working day.
